8/29/2008	Notice: Document images of death certificates, images that include death certificates, federal tax liens, and soldier discharges have been temporarily removed from the Recorder's web site. These documents are being reviewed for compliance with H.B. 46. We hope to have these documents back online soon. These records are available for viewing in the Recorder's Office.
9/15/2004	NEW August 1st 2003 Fee Schedule With the passage of HB 95 on June 20, 2003, the State Legislature doubled all recording fees EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2003. This additional revenue will be sent to the State of Ohio to fund the Ohio Housing Trust Fund and the State's General Fund. To find out more go to http://www.ohiorecorders.com/fees.html.
